1. How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

3. How do I check the status of my order?
The order status is updated automatically in the My Account >> My Orders section on the website. You can login to https://www.pioneerhomes.in to check the status of your order anytime or you can reach us at +91 8147223892 or email us at sales@pioneerhomes.in if you have any specific queries regarding your order.

4. How can I check if we deliver to your PIN Code?
Visit our website https://www.pioneerhomes.in & click on the product you want to buy. On the Product Details Page, enter your area pin code in the Check Pincode Availability field & click on Check. You will get a message on the screen if your area Pincode is serviceable or not.

5. How are orders placed on www.pioneerhomes.in delivered to me?
All orders placed on www.pioneerhomes.in are dispatched through our Logistics partner. You can also choose to get the product delivered to any serviceable pin codes (Home Delivery).

6. Does we deliver products outside India?
No. We only deliver orders within India

7. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
You’ll not be able to modify the shipping address after you place an order. However, if you have entered the wrong address, you may want to cancel the order (before shipping has been done) and re-order the same. If shipping has already been done, you can send an email to sales@pioneerhomes.in with the correct address.

8. How do I get a duplicate soft copy of my invoice?
